Nestled in the vibrant heart of Utrecht, Vechtbonen was born from a passion for exceptional coffee and a deep love for Dutch heritage. Founders Niels, Jeroen, and Emma Bakker envisioned a café where high-quality beans meet innovative brews incorporating regional ingredients like Utrecht honey and seasonal river fruits from the Vecht valley. What started as a small roasting dream has grown into a beloved local gem, welcoming over 13 dedicated team members who craft every cup with care.
